Easter Sunday

We would love for you and your family to join us on Easter Sunday, April 20th, at one of our three services!

Frequently Asked Questions

What kids' ministry programs are available?

At our 9:30 AM & 11:00 AM services, we offer full kids’ programming for 6 weeks old – 5th grade. At 8:00 AM, we provide childcare for infants through Pre-K, while older kids join you in the service. Check-in is in our Gym Lobby. You’ll receive a name tag for your child and a pickup tag for you to ensure a smooth and secure process. Every volunteer is background-checked and trained, to ensure that we are able to create a secure, loving, and engaging environment for your kids.

How does drop-off & pickup work?

A friendly volunteer will walk you to your child’s room. You’ll pick them up from the same spot after service. The South parking lot behind the church is best for families—it offers easy access to the Gym Lobby and a quick route to kids’ check-in. Parking is free on Sunday mornings!

What about my teenagers?

Our Student Ministry (6th-12th Grade) meets on the 3rd floor of the main building during the 9:30 hour. When you arrive, one of our greeters will show you where to go.

What should I wear?

We want you to feel comfortable! Dress casually, formally, or anywhere in between—it’s up to you. No need to stress about your outfit – just come as you are!

What special Easter features will you have?

We will have a flowering cross outside for you to take pictures in front of. Feel free to bring flowers to add to the cross.

Can I meet the Pastor?

Absolutely! Pastor Will would love to meet you after any of the services in our hospitality suite. Stop by, enjoy some coffee, and say hello!

Am I welcome if I am not a regular church attender?

Yes, and we cannot wait to meet you! No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome at Calvary Baptist Church. Whether you’re a first-time visitor, someone exploring faith, or from a different religious background, we have a place for you. Calvary is a special place filled with people who will be excited to meet you and make you feel welcome.

What should I know about parking?

We have four convenient parking lots, and parking is completely FREE on Sunday mornings, despite the paid parking signs you might see during the week. Our friendly greeters will be stationed throughout the parking areas to help guide you to the perfect parking spot and ensure you find your way easily to the church entrance.

Good Friday

Join us for our Good Friday service, where we will reflect on the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross for each one of us. This service invites us to pause, reflect, and prepare our hearts for the hope of Easter. Our Good Friday service will be around 30 minutes long and take place at noon on Good Friday, so be sure to make plans to join us as we prepare our hearts for the hope of Easter.
